Our exciting new re branded restaurant will be opening on Wednesday, September 18th. We’ve partnered up with Mark O’Rourke who currently owns Fino Tapas and Otter’s Pocket who aims of becoming Preston’s first restaurant with AA rosettes.
263 will be an English restaurant using local, seasonal produce. The menu will change every week as we want to base it around the best our suppliers have to offer us at the time.
The launch menu includes Pughs Pigs Jowl, Charred Mackerel, Pigeon Wellington and Plum rice pudding.
Head Chef Charlie Yates has worked with Nigel Howarth at Northcote and Tom Parker at white swan at Fence, Both of which have Michelin Stars. He said “Preston has always had a place in my heart and I cant wait to run my first kitchen in the heart of the city”
“I don’t want somewhere where people are going to feel uncomfortable coming in to eat a meal. But I want the food to be some of the best in Lancashire. It will be the best in Preston – there’s nowhere that has this quality of food within eight miles of us.” Mark said
The restaurant will also be open for breakfast from Monday 23rd September.
